The Hokkan Imperial Palace is located at the center of Hokkan's capital, Touran. Forbidden to commoners, the palace houses the royal family and royal guard, which traditionally made up of members from the Wakaosa family.
Its regal grounds hides twisting underground tunnels that were created by the Rowun family to protect the life stones, an ancestral and spiritual treasure.
The character list below is based on the events in the Fushigi Yuugi: Genbu Kaiden manga and the Kizuna: Harukanaru Kaze no Kora light novel.
