Toroki (觜), known as Akuir, is a Celestial Warrior of Byakko and the former leader of the Crow Tribe. Born under the star Turtle Beak (觜), he’s the third Celestial Warrior of Byakko to appear and joined but chronologically, the first to be born and he serves Suzuno Osugi, the Priestess of Byakko in Fushigi Yuugi: Byakko Senki.

Abilities

Toroki has the ability to bring writing and drawings to life using a giant brush. He’s also able use his brush in battle, using it as a combat weapon and creating barriers around people with words of protection inscribe on their clothings along with immobilizing his enemies with words of sealing, preventing them from moving.

Trivia

• Toroki is now the physically oldest Celestial Warrior (age: 110) to serve a priestess on active duty, beating Inami, who was age 41 or 42 during the events of Genbu Kaiden.
• Also similar with Inami who have her giant pipe as weapon, Toroki has a giant brush and is able to use it as a combat weapon as seen in Chapter 13.
• Toroki is also chronologically the first celestial warrior to have grandchildren
